We met with Dan Rotach, a counselor of pastors and missionaries, and asked questions of him about walking through our next steps at Bethel Church during our interim phase.

The nominating committee will now start gathering names for a pastoral search committee.


We discussed sending a letter to the congregation
explaining the governance policy we have been working on during our most recent board meetings.

Glenn made a motion that we accept the Carver Model as our policy governance which will be further explained in a letter to the congregation mentioned above. (Glenn was thanked for his contribution to this project.)

Dean seconded and the motion carried unanimously.

Discussed Matt’s performance review for the months of November through March and then we will write his new job description according to our new governance policy.
